The factory was established in 1986 to manufacture machinery parts, and in 1996, it began producing equipment components for the drilling industry. Production of the 850/50 twin-cylinder mud pump commenced in 2003, followed by the gradual addition of models such as the 1200/7B and 850/20. In 2009, the factory expanded its scale by building a new facility to manufacture water well drill pipes; that same year, production of the "Water Source 2000" (Shuiyuan 2000) drilling rig began. Operations have since evolved to include the production of triplex pumps and trailer-mounted drilling rigs.

Hebei Zhongxin Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive enterprise integrating the design, manufacturing, testing, and maintenance of machinery and equipment.

The company originated as the Zhaoxian Prospecting Machinery Parts Factory, established in August 1986. Following years of growth and development, it underwent reorganization and expansion in September 2015 to establish the Zhongxin headquarters, facilitating efficient operations and continued expansion.

Located in the Zhaoxian Economic Development Zone, the company enjoys a prime location with convenient transportation; it is situated just 3 kilometers from the Zhaozhou Bridge (known as the "World's First Bridge") and 5 kilometers from the Bailin Zen Temple (a "Millennium-Old Temple"), set in an elegant environment rich in cultural heritage.

Our main products include double-winch drilling rigs, F-series mud pumps, and various types of drill pipes-including those for oil, geological, water well, and trenchless applications-as well as drilling equipment maintenance services. We are equipped with extensive machinery, including Shenyang Zhongjie T6113 horizontal boring machines, multiple machining centers, CNC face milling machines, drilling machines, high-efficiency Changchun CNC friction welding machines, Tianjin No. 2 Forging pipe-end upsetting machines, straightening machines, semi-automatic quenching lines, and automated processing equipment, alongside comprehensive testing facilities. Production is carried out in strict accordance with API standards, featuring 100% inspection and the retention of production and inspection records; this ensures full traceability for every process step of every product, guaranteeing that all manufactured items meet the required standards. Zhongxin possesses systematic product R&D capabilities and a reliable quality assurance system, having achieved ISO9001 international quality system certification. We manufacture drilling tools in various specifications and models-compliant with Chinese, American, Russian, and European standards-and can also design and produce custom drilling tools to meet specific customer requirements.

Zhongxin serves a wide range of industries, including geological exploration, petroleum, water conservancy, and coal mining. Our products are exported to numerous countries and regions, including the Middle East, Africa, Russia, and South America. Pre-sales Service

We provide equipment selection and parameter matching based on the client's specific operational environment, supporting OEM/ODM services and custom manufacturing from blueprints. Sample testing is available (subject to specific arrangements), along with clear price quotations and volume discounts.

A dedicated representative manages the order after confirmation, providing regular updates via production photos and videos. We enforce strict quality control from raw materials to finished products and can arrange third-party inspections or 100% full inspections as per the contract.
