Our high pressure grout pump is a product of Hebei Zhongxin. Our factory started making mechanical parts in 1986. In 1996, we entered the drilling industry. Our factory covers more than 20 acres. We have over 30 years of experience. This pump can create very high pressure for deep grouting. Our main high-pressure grout pumps are the F500 and F1000 models. Here we use the F500 model as an example. It is a horizontal three-cylinder single-acting piston pump. Its input power is 373 kW (500 HP). The rated stroke rate is 130 times per minute. The stroke length is 180 mm. The suction pipe diameter is 200 mm. The discharge pipe diameter is 83 mm. The total weight is 10680 kg. The maximum pressure can reach 30.0 MPa. This high pressure grout pump is good for high-pressure jobs.

You can use it for deep grouting. It also works for bed separation grouting and cementing. We use it for coal mine fire prevention grouting and dam reinforcement.
