A Heavy-Duty Rig for Hard Rock
Our deep rock drill rig is a heavy-duty machine from Hebei Zhongxin. Our factory started making mechanical parts in 1986. In 1996, we entered the drilling industry. Our factory covers more than 20 acres. We have over 30 years of experience. This rig can drill very deep wells in rock. Our main models are the ZXT-1000 and ZXT-1500. Here we use the ZXT-1000 as an example. With φ89 drill pipe, it can drill 800 to 1000 meters deep. The rotary table opening is 600 mm. The maximum torque is 12 kNm. The rotary table speed has four settings: 43, 69, 101, and 139 rpm, with forward and reverse. The main winch lift capacity is 50 kN. The auxiliary winch lift capacity is also 50 kN. The mast effective height is 15.3 meters. The mast rated load is 60 tons. The total weight is 26 tons. This deep rock drill rig is good for hard rock.
