Daily Cleaning is the Foundation of Maintenance
Like a diligent worker, the grouting pump needs a hot shower after each operation:
Residual Grout Flushing: Immediately after construction, circulate the pump body with clean water for 10 minutes to prevent grout from solidifying and clogging.
Filter Cleaning: Remove the inlet and outlet filters and use a soft brush to remove particles (recommended once a week).
Exterior Maintenance: Wipe the outer casing with a neutral detergent, ensuring the motor area remains dry.
Key Component Inspection Checklist
Perform a comprehensive "check-up" on the grouting pump monthly:
Sealing Inspection: Observe for leaks at the shaft seal; replace the seal promptly if there is slight leakage.
Pressure Test: Observe the pressure gauge fluctuations during no-load operation; abnormal fluctuations may indicate valve problems. Troubleshooting
Screw Tightening: Check anchor bolts with a torque wrench (recommended value 25-30 N·m)
Rubber Part Condition: Check pistons, diaphragms, and other rubber components for cracks or deformation.
The Art of Lubrication Management
Proper lubrication can make equipment ten years younger:
Lubricant Selection: Use ISO VG68 anti-wear hydraulic oil (summer) or ISO VG46 (winter)
Lubrication Cycle: Replenish bearing housings with grease every 500 working hours; replace gearbox grease annually.
Special Reminder: Do not apply grease to the ceramic rod of the plunger pump; simply keep the surface clean.
Lubrication Misconceptions: Overfilling with grease can lead to poor heat dissipation; the filling amount should be controlled at 60% of the cavity.
